All returns require prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will be refused, and no credit will be issued for merchandise returned without prior approval. To request a return authorization, please call 800-426-8482 within 5 days of receipt of your order.
Unused, non-defective merchandise may be considered for return if it is:
- Returned in its original packaging
- Accompanied by a copy of the invoice
- Approved in advance by our customer service team
- Unless a product is determined to be defective due to manufacturer's defect or our error, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all approved non-defective returns.
