Order Acceptance
Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance by Kirk International, Inc. All orders are subject to review, product availability, pricing verification, and final acceptance by Kirk International, Inc. We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or reject any order at our discretion.
Pricing & Availability
Prices, product availability, freight charges, and estimated shipping dates are subject to change without notice until an order has been accepted. Errors in pricing or product information may be corrected prior to order acceptance.
Back-ordered items will ship when available unless otherwise requested.
Payment Terms
Orders paid by credit card will be pre-authorized at checkout. Charges may be captured when the order is processed for shipment in accordance with our payment policies.
Sales Tax & Tax Exemption
Sales tax is calculated based on the shipping destination and applicable tax regulations and is the sole responsibility of the customer. Customers claiming tax-exempt status must have a valid exemption certificate on file and approved through our tax compliance system prior to order processing. If a valid exemption certificate is not on file or cannot be verified, applicable sales tax will be charged. Customers are responsible for maintaining current and valid exemption documentation.
Order Verification
Kirk International, Inc. reserves the right to verify customer information, billing information, shipping information, tax exemption status, and payment details prior to fulfilling any order.
Shipping & Freight
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Estimated shipping dates are provided for planning purposes only and are not guaranteed. Orders may ship in multiple shipments from one or more distribution locations based on product availability, inventory allocation, or other factors.
Freight charges displayed at checkout are estimates whenever possible. Certain orders—including oversized, palletized, LTL freight, multi-location shipments, or orders requiring special handling—may require additional freight review. If the actual shipping cost differs materially, more than $50 from the estimated amount presented at checkout, our customer service team will contact the customer for approval before processing or shipping the order.
To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Unless otherwise requested, back-ordered items will ship as they become available. Additional freight charges may apply to partial shipments or shipments originating from multiple fulfillment locations.
All orders are subject to a 3% handling fee.
Returns & Claims
Returns, shortages, damages, and warranty claims are governed by Kirk International, Inc.'s published Return Policy. Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments upon receipt and reporting any discrepancies within the required timeframes.
