How It Works
- Select the Superstick Vibrant Flock color required for the tree or seasonal display.
- Prepare the Christmas tree or approved decorative material for flocking.
- Prepare the commercial flocking equipment according to the equipment and flock manufacturer's instructions.
- Apply the flock evenly across the tree, working around the tree to achieve the desired coverage.
- Add additional flock where greater color density or coverage is desired, following the product's application instructions.
- Allow the finished tree to dry according to the manufacturer's directions. Dry times vary depeding on weather conditions.
- Once properly dried, move the tree into the retail display area or prepare it for customer pickup, transportation, or commercial installation.
Return Policy
We care about your satisfaction and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Every product is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure quality and accuracy. All returns require prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will be refused, and no credit will be issued for merchandise returned without prior approval. To request a return authorization, please call 800-426-8482 within 5 days of receipt of your order.
Unused, non-defective merchandise may be considered for return if it is:
- Returned in its original packaging
- Accompanied by a copy of the invoice
- Approved in advance by our customer service team
- Unless a product is determined to be defective due to manufacturer's defect or our error, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all approved non-defective returns.
